Pole position in both GTP and GT3 gave Bleu Mercure a strong starting point for the 10-hour race on 26 September, but its overall-winning #31 Acura ARX-06 had to recover from an early setback.

Spetz qualified just 0.014 seconds ahead of the #1 BMW M Team BS+COMPETITION entry. He then established an early advantage as the leaders began negotiating slower traffic.

Contact with an LMP2 car during the second stint damaged the Acura and helped Grid-and-Go.com eSports move ahead. The rival team had also shortened its first pit stop by taking less fuel, adding a strategic complication to Bleu Mercure’s recovery.

Spetz and Kauppinen regained the lead as the pit strategies converged. BMW M Verstappen Sim Racing remained a threat through longer stints, but the #31 ultimately completed 511 laps to finish 28.780 seconds ahead of BS+COMPETITION. Verstappen’s #3 entry took third, 33.549 seconds behind the winner.

Margem D’Arada withstands Deletraz recovery

The closest winning margin came in LMP2, where the #13 Margem D’Arada by NGC Dallara P217 finished just 8.564 seconds ahead of #8 Deletraz Automotive by CNJ Management.

Connor Jupp moved Deletraz into the lead early in the race, but David Sobreiro subsequently put Margem D’Arada ahead. A later disconnection for Deletraz driver Zachery Lewis compounded the chasing team’s task.

Deletraz recovered to challenge for victory, but Margem D’Arada retained enough of an advantage to complete 484 laps and take the class win. EFFECT SIMULATIONS finished third with its #909 entry, one lap behind.

Bleu Mercure converts GT3 pole into victory

Bleu Mercure’s #133 BMW M4 GT3 Evo delivered the team’s second class success after starting from pole.

Its advantage grew through the race, leaving BMW M Team MOUZ and Nova Legio Racing to complete the podium in second and third respectively. The winning BMW completed 459 laps, with both podium rivals classified one lap down.

The result closed the final VCO Grand Slam event of 2026.
